My daughter is bordeline autistic. So i bought a mixed tumble set to help her regulate her emotions. She plays with the tumbles and spends hours immersed in them. Sarmila also suggested super brain yoga to help her increase her thinking. We have been doing it regularly mother daughter. Sometimes even my husband joins us on weekends. I feel it is helping all of us.
