The survey involved 117 respondents, nearly 50% of whom are industrious professionals, and, surprise, 78% were women. Across the board, we found that on average, sleep eludes peak performance—earning just a 3 out of 5 in quality. Like her, many of us stare at the clock ticking past midnight, unable to switch off our brain’s high-octane thoughts. Then there's Mr. Sanjay, the entrepreneurial whiz, balancing business blues with the blues of morning fatigue. Amid these tales, Ms. Sanjana struts in from her 9-5 job, juggling her career and her quest for quality snooze. And let’s not forget Mrs. Sangeeta, who, despite being off the career treadmill, encounters restless nights, too.

So, what gives? The survey unveiled plenty of us are perpetually groggy, playing catch-up with yawns during the day. We are a society that loves burning the midnight oil—but often forget putting out that flame requires nurturing rest too.

The good news? Natural remedies show great promise. Meditation, exercise, and a smidgen of mindfulness about our sleep habitats are already resonating well with some snooze-enthusiasts. For others, doses of pranic healing or simply tuning out the day's buzz may open new sleep dimensions.
