Before Sleep Became Our Mission: A Founder's Wake-Up Call
The Before:
There was a time I wore sleeplessness like a badge of honour. 4 hours of rest? I'm just wired differently.

I told myself productivity was everything until it wasn't.

As a mother, an entrepreneur, and someone building a wellbeing company, I had every tool in the book. But I'd skipped the one that held it all together: Sleep.
The Turning Point:
One night, my daughter said, You're here, but you don't feel here.
That cracked something open.
I began tracking my sleep, trying natural rituals, deep-diving into ancient wisdom and neuroscience. I discovered:
